The Eyes Have It has a policy that once a chargeback is filed by a customer The Eyes Have It will no longer do business with that customer no matter the result of the chargeback. The Eyes Have It considers chargebacks a form of fraud/stealing and will deal with chargebacks as such. All chargebacks are reported to a national chargeback database and are continually monitored for fraud.

HOTEL DELIVERY:

Orders shipped to a hotel often go missing. If you choose to ship to a hotel, you do so at your own risk. The Eyes Have It will not re-ship or reimburse orders that are shipped to a hotel.
